Cancellation by Traveler:
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through the contact method provided.
- Refunds will be processed based on the following schedule:
- 30 days or more before the trip: Full refund, minus any processing fees.
- 15–29 days before the trip: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before the trip: No refund.
Cancellation by Company:
- In case the company has to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, political unrest, or lack of participation), a full refund will be provided.
No Show:
- If the traveler fails to show up for the tour or is unable to participate for any reason, no refund will be given.
Partial Refunds:
- In case of unused services (such as skipping a portion of the itinerary or missing an excursion), no partial refund will be offered.
Processing Time:
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation has been confirmed.
Amendments:
- Any amendments to your booking after confirmation may incur additional charges, depending on availability and the nature of the changes.
